Elizabeth M. Early, 77, of the 7800 block of Caribou Ave., a retired clerk, died Oct. 11, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Early was born in Petersburg, Va., and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She retired from Peoples Drug Store for 18 years.
Survivors include her husband, Albert J. Early; one daughter, Mary Virginia Cook of Norfolk; a son, George William Root Jr. of Roanoke, Va.; a sister, Virginia L. Post of Norfolk; a brother, Robert L. Miller of Norfolk; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one stepson, William Lee Early of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. W. Emmett M. Diggs. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity.
