A 39-year-old Suffolk man was killed Tuesday night after being hit by a car while riding his bike.
According to a police report, the accident occurred at 9:17 p.m. on East Washington Street when Scott Dave Alto of the 600 block of First Ave. veered into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Ford van driven by Paul Aaron, 30, of the 200 block of Webb St.
