Bessie Hildred Alexander, 96, passed away Oct. 12, 1994, in her residence.
Born in Webster County, Iowa to the late George and Charlotte Richey, Mrs. Alexander lived most of her adult life in Wayne County, Mich. She had resided in Virginia Beach with her daughter, Norma Jean Bishop for the past four years.
Out of town arrangements are being handled by Carson Funeral Home in Dayton, Iowa with interment in McGuire Bend Cemetery in Dayton, Iowa. No local service is planned. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling the local arrangements.
