Should retired Lt. Col. Oliver North be elected to the U.S. Senate?
I think not, as he does not even know who his commander in chief is.
Lt. Col. North is retired from the military and drawing retirement pay. As everyone knows, he is subject to recall, which makes President Clinton his commander in chief.
North should relearn his chain of command, as it does not start with him.
