IDENTITIES RELEASED

Police on Saturday released the identities of a Buckroe man who was stabbed to death Friday night and the man they have charged with the crime.

Hampton Police Sgt. Donny Moore said the victim was Dennis Painter, 39, of the 200 block of Point Comfort Ave. The person arrested, Moore said, was Painter's roommate, Corey Hinton, 26.

Police said the stabbing occurred during an argument.
