If we did not already know it, on Sept. 29 your paper printed what I consider to be an open admission of the qualifications needed to run for the highest office in the land.
I call your attention to the following paragraph from the report ``North won't rule out presidential bid'':
``Analysts say North - if time can erase the stain of the Iran-Contra scandal - already has assembled the necessary ingredients for a presidential run: a dedicated nationwide following, a boat-load of charisma, boundless energy and an unmatched knack for fund raising.'' No mention of morals or ethics.
Is this a great country or what?
