Cecil M. Tebo, 85, a retired barge captain, died Oct. 16, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mr. Tebo was born in Suffolk. He had retired from Exxon, Norfolk Division after 39 years. He was the widower of Stella M. Tebo and was a member of Exxon Annuitant Club. He served with the Merchant Marines during World War II.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Joan W. Tebo of Virginia Beach; a son, Chester W. Tebo of Virginia Beach; a brother, Garland Tebo of Powells Point, N.C.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Bruce Minett. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
