GEORGIA MAE DAIL

Georgia Mae Dail, 90, formerly of Chesapeake, died Sunday, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

Mrs. Dail was born in Pitt County, N.C., and was the daughter of the late James Thomas and Maggie Joyner Hudson. She was the widow of the late Bonnie Webster Dail and was also predeceased by two sons, James Daniel Dail and Robert ``Bobby'' Dail.

Survivors include four daughters, Mildred Phelps of Chesapeake, Irene Bass and Shirley D. Lewis, both of Richmond, Va., and Erma Lee Long of Colfax, N.C.; one son, Bonnie Webster Dail Jr. of Winton, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ahoskie Memorial Cemetery, Ahoskie, N.C., with the Rev. Paul Moore and the Rev. Ken Barnes officiating. The family will receive friends at Oman Funeral Home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
