ANNE B. FLOUM

Anne Berson Floum, 85, of the 4000 block of Ocean Front, died Oct. 16, 1994, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Floum was a native of Portsmouth and was a retired merchant. She was the widow of Walter Floum and a member of Gomley Chesed Synagogue and Temple Emmanuel Synagogue.

Survivors include a son, Robert Floum, and his wife, Susan, of Boca Raton, Fla.; two sisters, Gitlee Friedman and Mae Winnick, and a brother, Richard Berson, all of Portsmouth; three grandsons, Mark Floum of New Jersey, David Floum of Connecticut and Joel Floum of Minnesota; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Gomley Chesed Cemetery by Rabbi Philip S. Krohn. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Gomley Chesed Synagogue or the Leukemia Society of America.
