Cecil M. Tebo, 85, a retired barge captain, died Oct. 16, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mr. Tebo was born in Suffolk. He had retired from Exxon, Norfolk Division, after 39 years. He was the widower of Stella M. Tebo and was a member of Exxon Annuitant Club. He served with the Merchant Marine during World War II.
Survivors include a son, Chester W. Tebo, and his wife, Joan W. Tebo, of Virginia Beach; a brother, Garland Tebo of Powells Point, N.C.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at noon today in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Bruce Minett. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
