Carol Woods Ramsey Frei, 44, of the 9500 block of 7th Bay St., owner of Banbury Cross, Inc. of Ghent, died Oct. 13, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Frei was born in Chicago. She was a member of the Ghent Business Association.
Survivors include her husband, Lyn A. Frei; two daughters, Elizabeth Helen Finkelstein of Westminster, Md. and Jamie Doggett of Norfolk; her mother, Elizabeth G. Woods of Harrisburg, Pa.; a sister, Deborah Vincent of Sheldon, Vt.; a brother, Christopher Woods of Pleasantville, N.J.; and three nephews, Charles Vincent and Andrew and Mark Woods. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles A. Woods Jr.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be private. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
