Scott Dabbs, 29, died Oct. 19, 1994.
He is survived by his parents, Denton and Ann Dabbs of Virginia Beach; and two sisters, Deanne Dabbs of Richmond and Denise Whitman of Vero Beach, Fla.
Mr. Dabbs was a graduate of W.T. Woodson High School, Fairfax, Va., and attended V.C.U., Richmond.
His remains rest at the Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Homes, Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Road, Richmond, where family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday and where services will be held 8 p.m. Friday. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army Rehab Center, P.O. Box 62225, Virginia Beach, Va. 23466-2225.
