Charles Linwood Graham, 86, of the 3500 block of Bapaume Ave., a retired police lieutenant, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Graham was born in Norfolk and was the widower of Carrie Finch Graham. He was retired from the Norfolk Police Department. He was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church and Ruth Masonic Lodge (NU)89.
He is survived by a loving friend, Catherine A. Simms of Norfolk.
A church funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, in Lafayette Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Max G. Culler. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
