Norcom rang up it highest point total since joining the Southeastern District in pummeling arch-rival Wilson, 60-0, Friday night at Lawrence Stadium.
The Greyhounds (6-1, 5-1) scored in nearly every way imaginable with touchdowns on runs, passes, a recovered bad Wilson snap in the end zone, a punt return and an intercepted pass.
Norcom racked up its second straight shutout and limited Wilson to 80 yards total offense. The Presidents had minus-21 yards rushing in 23 attempts.
Six different players scored for Norcom with Octavious Brothers registering three touchdowns. Brothers tallied on runs of 10 and two yards and carried a punt back 50 yards.
Quarterback Rod Richardson threw for one touchdown and hauled in a 44-yard pass from Brothers to set up another score when he moved to wingback for the first time this season.
Wilson's Darryl Scott, the Southeastern District's leading rusher, was limited to one yard in 10 carries.

Green Run 34 Cox 9
VIRGINIA BEACH - The Stallions survived some sloppy play and an abundance of penalties to remain unbeaten.
Green Run (7-0 overall, 6-0 in the Beach District) remains tied for first in the Beach District with Kempsville, a 17-0 winner over Tallwood.
The Stallions lost two fumbles and had 90 yards in penalties, but overcame the mistakes with 301 yards of total offense. Meanwhile, the Stallions defense was holding Cox (1-6, 1-5) to minus-5 yards rushing and only 42 yards total offense.
For the second week in a row, Green Run started Edward Cuffee at quarterback, choosing to rest the sore ankle of Glenwood Ferebee. Cuffee responded with 50 yards rushing and 59 passing - including scoring strikes of 4 yards to Ben Root and 35 to Plaxico Burress. He also rushed for Green Run's first touchdown on a 1-yard sneak.

Deep Creek 26 Oscar Smith 7
CHESAPEAKE - Deep Creek got touchdowns from its defense and special teams to overcome the suddenly resurgent Tigers and remain undefeated.
Oscar Smith, which snapped a 17-game losing streak last week, scored first against the Hornets and trailed by only 14-7 at halftime.
Vernon Boone's 20-yard fumble return for a touchdown put the Hornets ahead to stay with 9:29 left in the second quarter.
Cedric Williams, who scored Deep Creek's first touchdown on a 68-yard run, added a 65-yard punt return in the third quarter. Williams rushed for 118 yards on nine carries.
The Hornets had five fumbles, lost one, and eight penalties for 75 yards. Oscar Smith (1-6, 1-3) had more first downs and passing yards.

Churchland 49 Booker T. Washington 29
PORTSMOUTH - The Truckers fell behind 7-0 and then scored the next 42 points to rout the Bookers in the 19th annual Turkey Bowl.
Churchland (4-3) rolled up 407 yards total offense, 275 rushing. Alex Hawkins rushed for 137 yards in 20 carries and scored three TDs.
The Truckers completed only three passes - all by different players - but gained 132 yards. They had only 164 yards passing all season entering the game.
The loss was the Bookers' second in a row. Michael Beverly passed for 117 yards and Michael Basnight carried 13 times for 78 yards to lead the Bookers.

Indian River 42 Great Bridge 22
CHESAPEAKE - Sophomore quarterback James Boyd ran for two touchdowns, passed for two more, and racked up 237 yards total offense as host Indian River rallied from a 13-0 deficit.
Great Bridge (2-6, 1-4) stunned the Braves early on a 67-yard touchdown run by Monte Gorum and a 62-yard TD run by Corey Holley.
But if the defense let down, the offense more than made up for it. The 42 points were a season high.
Boyd carried 12 times for 136 yards. Shawndell Joyner added 88 yards in 19 carries and scored twice.
Holley led all rushers with 160 yards in 18 carries.
Great Bridge's Steve Weir kicked a 45-yard field goal, the longest in South Hampton Roads this season.

Bayside 36 Kellam 16
VIRGINIA BEACH - Quarterback Detrick Land connected with LaShawn Jones on two touchdowns and the Marlins extended their winning streak to four games.
Jones had touchdown receptions of 34 and 35 yards and finished with three receptions for 72 yards.
Bayside (5-2, 5-1) rushed for 307 yards, led by Land with 79 yards on five carries. Lamont Miller had 71 yards on three attempts, one a 61-yard touchdown run, and Roger Hazard ran for 64 yards and a touchdown.
Kellam's Tim Walston led all rushers with 147 yards and two touchdowns.

First Colonial 31 Salem 12
VIRGINIA BEACH - The Patriots (4-3, 3-3) didn't allow the Sun Devils across midfield for three quarters in winning their third consecutive game. Salem (1-6, 1-5) has lost five in a row.
The Patriots' recovered a fumble at the Salem 19 to set up their first touchdown and Ben Rivera blocked a punt and returned it 38 yards for another score.
Rivera also caught a 26-yard touchdown pass from Scott Cristy and Chris Green added a pair of short scoring runs for the Patriots.

Princess Anne 23 Maury 13
NORFOLK - The Cavaliers snapped a five-game losing streak while extending the Commodores' slide to six games.
Princess Anne (2-5) capitalized on a blocked punt and a key penalty to score two touchdowns.
The Commodores' Mario White led all rushers with 116 yards in 20 carries and Andre Wilson added 100 yards in 11 carries. Mike Majette led Princess Anne with 113 yards in 17 carries.
