Dorothy S. Gurganous, 74, of the 2600 block of Keller Ave., died Oct. 21, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Gurganous was a native of Frederick, Md. and was retired from the City of Norfolk with over 20 years of service. She was the widow of Thomas J. Gurganous, Jr. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include 2 sons, Gary L. Gurganous of Norfolk, Thomas S. Gurganous of Midlothian; a sister, Betty Vissatt of Sun City, Ariz.; a brother, Joseph S. Stanley of Charlotte, N.C.; 2 grandchildren, Thomas S. Gurganous, Jr. and Lauren Reynolds Gurganous and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Monday at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rev. Irwin M. Lewis, Jr.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
