Relia Sendowski, 77, a retired saleswoman with Rice's Department store, died October 24, 1994, in a Miami hospital.
Mrs. Sendowski was a native of Leblin, Poland. She was the widow of Chaim Sendowski. Mrs. Sendowski was a past member of B'Nai Israel Congregation in Norfolk, B'Nai Brith, and Hadassah.
Survivors include a daughter, Klara Katersky of West Lake Village, California; a son, David Sendowski of Huntsville, Alabama; 3 grandchildren; Rochelle Rosenthal, Jason Schwetz, and Chaim Sendowski; 2 great-grandchildren, Alexis Rosenthal and Jordan Rosenthal.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 1994, at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Israel Bornstein.
Memorial donations may be made to either the American Heart Association, American Lung Association or the American Kidney Fund.
