Codie Brooke Jernigan, 2, of Route 2, Box 397 C, died Oct. 25, 1994, in a Suffolk hospital.
She was a native of Southampton County.
Survivors include her parents, Jay Paul and Lisa Jo Motta Jernigan; maternal grandparents, Darrell and Teresa Black; and paternal grandparents, Carolyn Jernigan and Lonnie Jernigan.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Reynoldson Baptist Church by the Rev. Billy Presley. Burial will be in the Jernigan Family Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Harrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
