James Boyd Layman, 84, of Norwalk, Calif., passed this life Oct. 23, 1994.
He was a retired farmer of Spencer, N.Y. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Geraldine Clark Layman; two sons, William of North Hollywood, and Ronald and wife Marci of Norwalk, Calif.; a daughter, Marla Jean Hunnings of Boykins, Va. He is also survived by grandchildren, Christine Lawrence of Raleigh, N.C., Ronald Layman Hunnings of Boykins, Va., Reba and Wade Sevin of Norwalk, Calif.; and great-grandchild, Tyler Lawrence of Raleigh, N.C. He was predeceased by Mark James Hunnings.
Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Rosehill Mortuary, Whittier, Calif. Visitation will be Thursday, 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Rainbow Chapel.
