Ordinance granting amendment of zoning ordinance (Chapter 40) requested by city to modify uses permitted in the Commerce Park (CP) zoning district. Approved, 7-0

Letter from city manager recommending adoption of resolution appointing viewers for closing of Ruth Brown Avenue between Lincoln and Wavy streets, Henry Street between First and Third streets, Third Street between Lincoln and Wavy streets and Randolph Street between Third and First streets. Street closure will enable city to provide a ready-to-build site. Also, the Planning Commission is considering the renaming of First Street to Ruth Brown Avenue, which will be considered at the January meeting. Approved, 7-0

Letter from city manager recommending adoption of resolution appointing viewers for the closing of a portion of Bart Street. Area to be closed is bounded on west by eastern right-of-way line of Augusta Avenue and on east by extension of the eastern boundary lines. Approved, 6-0-1; Martin abstained
