The Dare County sheriff's office and Manteo police said Thursday that they have arrested Milton Banks of Manteo and charged him with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, and the sale and delivery of cocaine.
The arrest Wednesday resulted from an ongoing investigation by the sheriff's office and the State Bureau of Investigation.
