Donald Craig Charity of Manteo has been arrested by the Dare County sheriff's department and Manteo police.
Charity, arrested Wednesday, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and the sale and delivery of cocaine.
The sheriff's department said the arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation by the department and the State Bureau of Investigation.
