MRS. MURNA WHITE STEVENSON, age 51, of 1315 Little River Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Saturday, October 29, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was a native of Pasquotank County, NC, and a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Ernest Shelton White.
Mrs. Stevenson is survived by her mother Dacie Meads White of Elizabeth City; her husband Marshall H. Stevenson, Jr. of the home; a daughter Lisa Arnette Stevenson of Elizabeth City; a son and daughter-in-law Marshall Keith and Mary Ann Stevenson of Hertford, NC; a sister Martha White Ashley of Edenton, NC; two brothers Ronnie E. White and Wayne D. White of Elizabeth City; a grand-daughter Sarah Ann Stevenson of Hertford, NC, and several aunts and uncles.
Services will be held on Monday, October 31, 2 p.m. at Twiford's Memorial Chapel by the Revs. Art Wilt and William Rembert. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will be at the residence.
Twiford's Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC, is in charge of arrangements.
