President Clinton continually harps on how he has been frustrated by a partisan and uncooperative Congress. Why, then, has he not had to veto a single piece of legislation sent to him by the 103rd Congress? This is unmatched by any president in this century.
With President Clinton rolling over for every tax increase and bit of pork being sent to him by the Democrat-controlled Congress, I can think of no better reason to clean house and vote out the incumbents misrepresenting us in Washington.
