Everyone is running around saying how Norman Sisisky has saved defense jobs in Hampton Roads. In the past 12 years, 20,000 jobs have been lost under Norman Sisisky. If he wants credit for bringing ships to the area, he has to accept responsibility for the lost jobs.
Norman Sisisky also voted to slash $100 billion from the defense budget. How many ships are going to be made with such a cut in the budget?
