Teresa K. Bailey Parker, 90, a retired elementary school teacher, died October 30, 1994, in Kings Grant Retirement Center.
She was a native of Chaptico, Md., and was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. She was the widow of Charles Alton Parker.
She is survived by two daughters, Claire L. Liebert of Virginia Beach, and Kathleen Ann Gray of Upper Marlboro, Md.; one son, Henry Alton Parker of Clinton, Md.; two brothers, Paul J. Bailey of Mechanicsville, Md., and John D. Bailey of Clement, Md.; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchidlren.
A memorial mass will be conducted at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Nicholas Catholic Church by Father James Noto. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Frances Catholic Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Upper Marlboro, Md. Kellum Funeral Home is handling local arrangements. Kalas Funeral Home in Oxon Hill, Md., is handling other arrangements. The family will receive friends in Kalas Funeral Home, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
