Sen. Chuck Robb's voting record of 1994 paints an unmistakable portrait of what he stands for and, if re-elected, will give Virginia for six more years.
Robb has been an enthusiastic rubber stamp for the Clinton agenda, which has seriously weakened the strength and morale of our military; he voted for the largest tax increase in U.S. history - $241 billion - and for the $30 billion crime bill, which is loaded with pork and social engineering rather than substantive answers to crime and violence.
Robb also voted to confirm radical leftist activists, like Roberta Achtenberg and Joycelyn Elders, against term limits and against an amendment to allow voluntary prayer and Bible reading in public schools. He voted for tax funding of abortions several times and remains a strategic vote for America's first pro-abortion president and the abortion lobby.
I hope in November that Virginia will see beyond the mud and the media blitzkrieg against Oliver North and other conservative Republicans.
Sen. Oliver North will be a voice for the people - for a change.
