Waverly White Jr., known as White, died Oct. 29, 1994.
He was a longtime barber in Norfolk and Emporia. He retired from Miller Home Builders.
He leaves to mourn three sisters, Mrs. Gracie Daughtry of Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Dorothy Butts of Jarratt, Va., and Mrs. Lillian Parker of Norfolk; and one brother, Junius White of Braddock, Pa.
A funeral service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Little Shiloh Baptist Church, Emporia, with the Rev. Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Pearson Funeral Home is in charge.
