Evelyn L. Knight, 67, of the 700 block of Dorset Ave., died Oct. 30, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Knight was the widow of Leon V. Knight Sr. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Chesapeake, where she was head nurse, member of the Pastor's Aid and president of the Missionary Circle.
Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Hopson; two sons, Leon V. Knight Jr. and Louis M. Knight; a sister, Vernice Pace of New York City; a brother, Jack Parker of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Trinity Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by Dr. O.L. Cromwell II. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery. The family will be at the residence.
