Phillip Lankford Gregory, 86, of the 400 block of Dodge Drive, died Nov. 1, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mr. Gregory was born in Currituck County, N.C., and was a Baptist. He was retired from Ford Motor Co. after over 41 years and was a member of United Auto Workers Union (NU)919. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was the widower of Rosetta Gregory.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth G. Taylor and her husband, Raymond H., of Virginia Beach and Virginia G. Ficke and her husband, George, of Edgewood, Ky.; a sister, Nellie Roberts of Shawboro, N.C.; two brothers, Seabrook Gregory of Currituck County, N.C., and Clifford Gregory of Elizabeth City; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
