Hills Stores announces store locations for Hampton Roads: Hills Stores Co., a discount retailer, said Tuesday that it has signed agreements to open three new stores in Hampton Roads next year. The stores will be located in the Chesapeake Crossing Shopping Center in Chesapeake, in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk and in the Newport Crossing Shopping Center in Newport News. Hills, based in Canton, Mass., recently opened two stores in Richmond. Hills plans to have 10 stores in Virginia by the end of next year. by CNB
