Ruth B. Le Croy, 82, of the 400 block of Westmont Ave., died Nov. 2, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Le Croy was born in Willis Wharf, Va., on the Eastern Shore. She was a member of Norview Baptist Church, where she was also a former member of the Grandmothers Choir. She was a graduate of Beacom Business College in 1929.
Survivors include her husband, Peter G. Le Croy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jean R. and Sidney E. Johnson of Newport, N.C., and Anne R. and Bradford M. Casas of Chesapeake; a son and daughter-in-law, William R. and Joy Robbins of Wauchula, Fla.; five grandchildren, Robin Anne Gracia of Lawrenceville, Ga., Thomas B. Turner of Portsmouth, Jennifer T. Spears of Newport, N.C., Elizabeth A. Casas of Reston, Va., and Valerie Anne Robbins of Alameda, Calif.; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. James Bradshaw. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.
