William Leo Spivey, 60, died Nov. 1, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Spivey was born in Lumberton, N.C. He owned Bay Vending. He was a member of the Shag Club of Virginia Beach and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Sheryl C. Spivey.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn M. Spivey; two daughters, Mary Ann Spivey of Virginia Beach and Margaret A. Bischof of Chesapeake; a son, William L. Spivey Jr. of Chesapeake; a sister, Carolyn Barber of Chesapeake; and six grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
