It's a shame that the U.S. Senate race has overshadowed an important race for Virginians of the 2nd District. The 2nd District should have the voters' attention because it is important that we send a man of character and integrity back to Congress to represent us. That person is Owen Pickett, a clear choice in this election.
Pickett is a man of unquestioned character and conservative principles who would carry out his duties in the thoughtful, hard-working way that characterized his service in the Virginia state legislature and characterizes it in Congress.
