Elsie P. Sykes, 94, of the 1900 block of Camden Ave., died Nov. 2, 1994.
Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Brown; two grandchildren, Roxie Brown and Ann E. Brown; and a cousin, Linwood Copeland.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Grove Baptist Church by Bishop J.H. Bowser. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
