WHERE IS SHIPYARD?

Norman Sisisky's charge that George Sweet does not know the location of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is priceless, since it is obvious Norman does not know the location either.

The last time I visited Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, it was across the Piscataqua River in Kittery Maine, not in Portsmouth, N.H.
