Cecil Agustus Bell Jr., of the 900 block of Bells Mill Road died Nov. 3, 1994, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mr. Bell was born in Chesapeake. He was retired.
Survivors include his wife, Sheila D. Bell; five daughters, Waneta Bell, Deborah Peterson, Kelsie Sanders, Norma Blanchard and Darlene Sanders; and four sons, Cecil A. Bell 3rd, Keith Speight, Frank Bell and Cecil Sanders, all of Chesapeake; his father, Cecil A. Bell of Chesapeake; three sisters, Daisy Y. Smith of Alexandria, Va., Charlotte Brewer of Stone Mountain, Ga., and Sharon James of Chesapeake; a brother, George H. Bell of Chesapeake; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at Lee's Chapel A.M.E. Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Horace B. Cross, Sr. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. The body will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. Monday at Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. The family will assemble at the residence at 11 a.m. for the processional.
