Daniel Scott ``Danny'' Proctor, 44, of the 3100 block of Woodbaugh Drive, died Nov. 4, 1994 in Norfolk.
Mr. Proctor was born in Forest City, N.C., was a superintendent with Atlantic Environmental Construction Co., and a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Kristine E. Proctor; four daughters, Kristy Proctor, Kimberlee Proctor, Kristal Proctor and Kaylee Proctor, all of Chesapeake; his parents, Debrah Coffey Proctor and William J. Proctor, and a sister, Nancy Ferguson, all of Forest City, N.C.; and two brothers, Michael Proctor of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and David Proctor of Oklahoma.
A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by Dr. U.G. Robertson. Burial will be in Cool Springs Cemetery, Forest City, N.C. The family will greet friends at the funeral home following the service until 9 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established by Atlantic Environmental through Crestar Bank for the benefit of Danny Proctor's four daughters. Donations may be sent in the name of ``The Children of Danny Proctor'' to 924 Professional Place, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320. All donations received to this account will be matched by Atlantic Environmental.
