Do you expect people to believe that a 13- to 17-year-old who commits a serious crime - murder, rape or robbery - has no idea what he is doing?
More likely he does not care, knowing that the courts will do nothing. They want to put him in therapy and give him hugs.
When ``teenagers,'' ``young adults'' or ``abused children'' commit crimes, they should pay the price. Don't coddle them; punish them appropriately. I am tired of being in danger.
