Frank Rivera O'neill, 85, of the 2200 block of Beech St., a retired engineer, died Nov. 5, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. O'neill was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He had retired from the Merchant Marines after 28 years.
Survivors include his wife, Asuncion O'neill of Virginia Beach; a stepson, Tony Igareda of Virginia Beach; and a brother, Enrique O'neill of Chesapeake.
Services will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Virginia Beach S.P.C.A.
