Mrs. Eva C. Copeland, age 80, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 1994, in the Chowan Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility.
A native of The Plains, Va., Mrs. Copeland was a daughter of the late Herman and Elizabeth Lane Copeland. Mrs. Copeland was a member of the Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church and a member of the Ryland Home Demonstration Club.
Mrs. Copeland is survived by two daughters, Madge C. Bunch of Tyner and Evangeline C. Wheeler of Virginia Beach. There is one niece; five grandchildren; and seven great-grand-children.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church by the Rev. Randy Green. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be at the residence of Fred and Madge Bunch, Ryland Road, Tyner. Williford-Barham Funeral Home of Edenton is in charge of arrangements.
