CUT ANY, CUT ALL

President Clinton has appointed a panel to study entitlements and make recommendations to reduce and/or eliminate certain programs to reduce the national debt.

If Congress should decide to cut any of the contributory programs without cutting all of the non-contributory programs, that will be my cue to campaign and vote against all incumbents. If cuts are applied evenly to all entitlements, including those in Congress, I will not complain.
