EDWARD H. ALLEN

Edward H. Allen, 68, of Mississippi, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 1994.

He was a former 20-year resident of Hampton and a native of Attleboro, Mass. Mr. Allen was a retired U.S. Army CW4 and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a member of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons Monitor Lodge (NU)197, Colonial Chapter (NU)40 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Scottish Rite Bodies and the Khedive Temple Shrine.

His survivors include his wife, Helen E. Allen; daughter, Allyson K. Allen of Hampton; sons, Ken L. Allen of Nashua, N.H., Eddie Allen of Long Beach, Miss., and Glenn T. Allen of Hampton; and five grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 9, 1994, at 2 p.m. with Eastern Star Rites in Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home, Hampton, the Rev. Douglas Stowe presiding. Burial with Masonic rites and military honors in Parklawn Memorial Park will follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
