Ella F. ``Sis'' Howell, 76, formerly of the 1200 block of Seaboard Ave., died Sunday, Nov. 6, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Howell was born in South Norfolk and was the widow of Kenneth Roy Howell Sr. She was a member of Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church and Niners Senior Citizens Club.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth R. ``Kenny'' Howell Jr. of Hampton; a brother, Alvin Lawrence Beedie of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; a granddaughter, Kelly Howell-Henley of Newport News; a grandson, Kenneth C. Howell of Richmond; and a great-grandson.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. John M. Andrews. The family will be at Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
