Carole Ann Adams, 59, of the 1000 block of Pleasant Circle, a homemaker, died Nov. 6, 1994, in Lake Taylor Hospital.
Mrs. Adams was born in Indiana.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Adams; and two daughters, Michelle Adams of Norfolk and Sheri Adams of Virginia Beach.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Father Justin Withrow. The family will receive friends in Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall/Kempsville Chapel, Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
