Elwood Otto Waller, 58, a power systems installer, died Nov. 6, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mr. Waller was born in Lenoir County, N.C. He was employed with AT&T for 38 years. He attended Rosemont Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Dozier Waller of Chesapeake; three sons and two beloved daughters-in-law, Elwood Brett and JoAnn Murphy Waller of Suffolk, Brian Edward and Michele Marie Waller of Virginia Beach and Robert Lee Waller of Chesapeake; his mother, Mrs. Virginia Lowery Waller of Chesapeake; four sisters, Clara Austin and Chloe Vance, both of Chesapeake, and Belle Stallings of Virginia Beach and Goldie Jones of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; and three beautiful grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk, by the Rev. Robert Harrell. The family will receive friends in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the residence at all other times.
