Recently, the Tidewater Builders Association sponsored Homerama at Church Point in Virginia Beach. As part of this yearly showcase of homes, one house is built to benefit an important local charity.
This year, the charity house built by Dragas Homes will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Hampton Roads.
Since 1988, members of TBA have contributed more than $300,000 to our Hampton Roads community through the sale of the charity houses. As this year's beneficiary, the profit from the sale of this beautiful house will assist our organization in providing services to thousands of deserving youth throughout the Hampton Roads area.
I believe that the generosity that TBA has shown benefits all members of our community. At a time when our children are facing a challenging future, it should be gratifying to all of us that TBA has stepped forward to offer leadership and commitment.
