Harriett Frances Wilkins, 76, a homemaker, died Nov. 7, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Wilkins was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Paul M. Wilkins Sr. She was a member of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Paul M. Wilkins Jr. of Jericho, N.Y.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by Dr. Paul C. Lawson. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
