WILLARD BRITT

Mrs. Willard ``Mama Willard'' Britt of the 1100 block of Culpepper St., died Nov. 5, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Mrs. Britt was born in Norfolk and was the widow of John Britt. She was a former member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Berkley.

Survivors include a daughter, Eunice Wilder of Norfolk; a sister, Nellie M. Webster of Norfolk; six grandchildren, Jean Griffin, Joyce Wilder, Shirley Cromwell and Brenda Wilder of Norfolk, James L. Cromwell of Nashville, Tenn., and Dr. Charles L. Cromwell of Milwaukee, Wis.; 16 great-grandchildren; four nieces, Nellie M. Sivills, Bernice S. Duke and Wanza S. Dodson of Chesapeake and Nellie M. Mitchell of Baltimore; two granddaughters-in-law, Mary Cromwell of Nashville and Dr. Janine Cromwell of Milwaukee.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Fitchett Funeral Home, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Rudolph Perry. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
