WILLIAM J. LOVEALL

William Junior ``Bill'' Loveall, 67, of the 1700 block of Peoples Road, died Monday in Chesapeake General Hospital.

Mr. Lovesall was born in Indiana and was the son of the late Beatrice and William Loveall. He had retired as a U.S. Navy chief after 20 years of service and had also retired as a boilermaker at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 15 years of service. He was a member of Post (NU)4411, Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie A. Loveall of Chesapeake; two daughters, Kimberly Loveall Credle and her husband, Charles Timothy Credle, and Darla K. Loveall and her fiance, Floyd Holbrook, all of Chesapeake; two sons, Breck Alan Loveall of Fernandina Beach, Fla., and Troy Junior Loveall of Chesapeake; two sisters, Helen Taylor of Farmersburg, Ind., and Mary Loveall of Terre Haute, Ind.; one brother, Gerald ``Jack'' Loveall of Terre Haute. Mr. Loveall was anxiously awaiting the birth of his first grandchild.

He was a good husband, father and friend to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, by the Rev. Chip Roberson. Burial will follow with military honors in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
