A convicted drug dealer who was deported to Trinidad last March has been arrested in Dare County and is to be charged with returning illegally.
Antonio Allen Walcott, 32, also known as ``Acey,'' was arrested Monday after an investigation by the Dare County Sheriff's Department and the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Walcott was taken to Raleigh, where he faces deportation and federal charges for re-entry of an aggravated felon after deportation. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in a federal prison.
